Our breeding aquariums are designed to be simple and user friendly.
But also to ensure the best possible conditions for breeding and keeping jellyfish.
The Ephyra breeding aquariums are specially designed for the breeding and keeping of ephyral larvae. These are very sensitive and have limited swimming abilities.
Compared to the previous air-operated Ephyra aquariums, ours have a screen grid
and water inlets and outlets. These allow the aquarium with external filter technology
to connect. This considerably reduces the amount of water changes required.
This ensures that the jellyfish live in water values that are as constant as possible and can therefore grow better. In addition, it reduces the risk of damaging the jellyfish by too many water changes.
Freshly hatched ephyral larvae (<3mm) can be kept in these aquaria without any problems.
The required filter technology is individually designed according to the requirements of our customers.
It is also possible to produce these aquariums in other dimensions.
