Description
The lagoon jellyfish also called Mastigias papua has its natural habitat in quiet bays, harbours or lagoons of the Pacific Ocean.
They are easily distinguished from other species by the white dots on your body and the 8 umbrella arms hanging from the tentacles.
To survive, you need daily white light for photosynthesis. For this purpose, the aquarium must be equipped or retrofitted with a daylight full spectrum light.
They are very popular for aquariums because of their different colors like blue, green, pink orange or even yellow. The colours are slightly transparent and the jellyfish has white spots.
Our lagoon jellyfish are very young, so a maximum life span in your aquarium is guaranteed.
This jellyfish species is suitable for jellyfish aquaria of any size.
